Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR administration, recruitment activities, and employee development programs.
  • Manage office facilities, company assets, and daily operational needs.
  • Handle industrial relations matters and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Implement and monitor K3/HSE standards within the workplace.
  • Lead and develop the HRGA team in line with company targets and policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA, including team supervision responsibilities.
  • Good understanding of Labor Law, General Affairs operations, and basic HSE practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
