Corporate Sales Executive

Salary Range: Rp.4,000,000 - 5,000,000
Working Mode : WFO

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials.
  • Track sales performance and report on sales metrics.
  • Coordinate with event planning teams to ensure successful corporate events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Job Requirements

  • 20-40 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hotel, hospitality, theme park, or recreational industry.
  • Strong drive and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
