Join Our Business Development Managers Team in Jakarta!

Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales? We're looking for enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our fast growing team in Jakarta! This is a Work From Office (WFO) position where you'll contribute directly to our success.

What You'll Do:

• Reach out to potential customers and explain our products/services, including visit customer site for face to face meeting.
• Analyse & explore the customers need and convert it into revenue streams.
• Increase customers stickiness by maximizing deep products adoption.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication.
• Help solve customer inquiries and provide a positive experience.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to team goals.
• Office: Jakarta Pusat

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business development manager for managing B2B clients spanning SME and big enterprises.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
• High work motivation and a positive attitude to achieve targets!
• Able to explore customers needs and convert it into revenue streams.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday (office hours).
• Experienced in recruitment industry is a plus!.
