What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and manage the warehouse enabler's performance to ensure alignment with agreed SOPs and SLAs, including negotiating on operational issues

• Act as the liaison between PPI's Supply Chain/Logistics team and the enabler on day-to-day operational matters (stock, pick-pack processes, dispatch, etc.)

• Manage warehouse workflows for both B2B (distributor/retail) and B2C (e-commerce) orders, adapting processes to each channel's requirements

• Access and monitor data through the enabler's WMS (or internal WMS, if applicable), ensuring stock accuracy and order status visibility

• Coordinate with local logistics partners for goods delivery, and handle and resolve delivery discrepancies (shortages, damages, mismatches)

• Assist with import customs clearance for goods entering the enabler's warehouse

• Manage cloud warehouse (fulfillment center) operations for e-commerce channel needs

• Education: Bachelor's degree (S1), any major — Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management preferred.
  Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, ideally handling both B2B and B2C order fulfillment.
• Expertise: Hands-on experience managing warehouse operations (in-house or through a third-party/3PL), with strong understanding of warehouse workflows — including WMS operation and import customs clearance procedures.
• Communication & Coordination: Good English communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to effectively negotiate and coordinate with external warehouse enabler teams and local logistics partners.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and comfortable resolving operational discrepancies (delivery shortages, damages, mismatches) in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Mobility: Based in or willing to work from BSD, Tangerang, with flexibility to coordinate on-site with logistics/enabler partners when needed.
