Job Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales targets by maximizing profit, minimizing costs, and managing labor budget
- Provide standards, strategies, and company initiatives for sustainable growth
- Evaluate staff work performance and report absences
- Report ongoing promotions to the marketing team
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK/SMA; preferred D3/S1 in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Tourism
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in retail F&B industry
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proficient with current digital technology
- Understanding of retail F&B industry business processes
- Willing to be placed in The Harvest Samarinda
