Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operational activities for Dreame's official stores across marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce channels.
Create, update, and maintain product listings, including product names, descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, and product status.
Monitor product availability and coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock information.
Support the setup and execution of marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers, bundles, and flash sales.
Ensure stores are properly maintained, including category management, banner updates, and overall store hygiene.
Monitor daily store operations and promptly report any listing, pricing, order, or system issues.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth operational execution.
Prepare routine operational reports, including product updates, campaign status, and store performance summaries.
Ensure all marketplace operations comply with platform policies and internal SOPs.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Administration, Marketplace Operations, or similar operational support roles.
Familiar with marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, or similar.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple routine operational tasks accurately.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear SOPs.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to communicate in English for daily work.
