Provide clear, professional, and courteous information about the courses to prospective students, and advise them on the most suitable options based on their needs.
Convert inquiries into enrolment through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up.
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media.
Schedule placement tests and trial lessons.
Maintain regular communication with prospective students throughout the enrolment process.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and student registration documents.
Assist in organising open days, workshops, and promotional events.
Support social media activities and marketing campaigns.
Build relationships with schools, companies, and local partners.
Maintain accurate student records using the academy management system.

Kualifikasi

Candidates have full working rights for Indonesia with a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and in sales, admissions, hospitality, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to students.
Friendly, energetic, and confident personality.
Well-organised and detail-oriented.
Tech-savvy with WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Experience in education, language schools, or training centres is an advantage.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
