Job Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the overall status and progress of the project.
Accountable for the execution of FTTH projects and the management of project personnel.
Work closely with upper management to ensure the project scope, direction, timeline, and deliverables remain on track, while coordinating with other departments for necessary support.
Create value for clients independently by applying strong project and change management skills, as well as previous client experience.
Develop and manage project budgets and allocate project resources effectively.
Lead and manage the project team to achieve targets set by higher management.
Manage subcontractors and project teams, including monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring safety compliance.
Oversee materials management, including monitoring material requests, usage, losses, returns, and inventory utilization.
Monitor engineering and Right of Way (ROW) submission progress and actively follow up to ensure timely approval.
Manage PAT, PAC, and FAC milestones and drive project progress to ensure targets are achieved.
Support the Project Director and higher management in managing and coordinating country-level projects and other required activities.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience in telecommunications project management, preferably with OSP project management experience.
Experience in handling strategic plans, annual business plans, budgets, and financial management.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Strong project management and change management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken in a professional working environment.
Willing and able to travel for business purposes across Indonesia.
Willing to be assigned and relocated to any project location or region across Indonesia, based on company and project requirements.
Willing to work in different regions throughout Indonesia as required.
