Job Description Customer Support :

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up on customer issues until they are resolved.
• Escalate issues to the relevant team when necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on customer complaints and issues.
• Direct reporting to the Supervisor (SPV).

Job Description Online Food Administration :

• Handle store registration across Online Food Platforms such as GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood.
• Follow up on the registration process until each store is active/live.
• Generate and maintain store activation listings, including active and inactive stores.
• Monitor store activation status regularly.
• Maintain and update databases for stores, outlets, platforms, and activation status.
• Follow up on activation issues with the PIC of each Online Food Platform.
• Ensure all stores are properly registered and activated according to the target.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Administration, Online Food, or E-commerce.
• Detail-oriented and experienced in data monitoring and reporting.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work with targets.
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Experience with GoFood, GrabFood, or ShopeeFood is a plus.
