Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Software Development team to achieve business and technology goals.
Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle and ensure timely project delivery.
Foster engineering best practices and maintain high standards of software quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance digital solutions.
Define engineering roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Establish engineering KPIs and monitor team performance.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and technology adoption.
Communicate project progress and key updates to management.

Job Requirements

12+ years of software development experience, including at least 7 years in a senior technical leadership role (Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager).
Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering stable and scalable applications.
Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Golang, Python, or TypeScript).
Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and modern development practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve production incidents while driving continuous service reliability.
Experience leveraging AI technologies (LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, or AI-powered product features) is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
