Salary Range: Rp 8.500.000 - Rp 13.000.000
Job Responsibilities
- Explore, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional documents (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, etc.)
- Collaborate with Product, Developer, QA, and Project Manager teams throughout the development cycle
- Conduct business process analysis (as-is & to-be) and provide improvement recommendations
- Compile and validate requirements to align with business objectives
- Support the UAT (User Acceptance Test) process and ensure solutions meet user expectations
- Facilitate communication between users and the technical team
- Monitor the implementation and evaluation of business solution results
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Management, Business, or a related major
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst Minimum education
- Good understanding of business processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Having experience in the banking industry
- Accustomed to creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories/Use Case
- Understanding business flow BPMN, or diagrams (UML, Flowchart)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira / Confluence / Trello/ Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint / Visio & Miro
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum concepts is a plus
