PT Nusantara Sukses Teknologi (Nusatek.id) delivers a digital ecosystem and IT services through technology-based solutions, including IT services, software development, and startup funding, aligned with the latest technological advancements. Currently, Nusatek.id has built and manages several startup products in Indonesia across the property management, education & certification, and business management systems sectors.
As a Backend Developer (Golang), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend systems for our property management product.

Develop and maintain backend services using Golang.

Improve backend performance through efficient architecture, caching, and asynchronous processing.

Perform bug fixing, troubleshooting, and continuous backend improvements.
Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Backend Developer using Golang.

Fluent in leveraging AI coding tools and agentic prompting to improve development productivity and code quality.

Hands-on experience implementing Clean Architecture or similar backend design patterns.

Experience implementing message queuing systems (RabbitMQ preferred) and Redis caching for performance optimization.

Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt.

Resilient and able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Willing to work on-site at our office in Kuningan Barat, South Jakarta.
