Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Own the commercial strategy and performance across the portfolio
- Drive sales across key growth segments including events, weddings, long stay, DMC and travel trade
- Lead key accounts, partnerships and new business development
- Work closely with Revenue and E-Commerce to optimise pricing, channels, occupancy and total revenue
- Ensure Marketing is commercially aligned, putting the right product in front of the right customer at the right price
- Build and improve the Sales, Reservations and commercial operating structures, systems and SOPs
- Lead commercial planning and critical paths for new openings
- Develop a high performing team and build commercial capability across the organisation
- Lead weekly and monthly commercial reviews, turning data into decisions and action
- Work closely with Operations, F&B and Finance to maximise the performance of the entire business
Kualifikasi
- Proven 10+ years' hospitality commercial experience
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Proven success across sales and business development
- Ability to build new accounts and partnerships from scratch
- Strong understanding of revenue strategy and commercial performance
- Experience leading teams and improving commercial structures and systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
