Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials.
- Track sales performance and report on sales metrics.
- Coordinate with event planning teams to ensure successful corporate events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Job Requirements
- 20-40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hotel, hospitality, theme park, or recreational industry.
- Strong drive and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
