Job Responsibilities
- Oversee HR administration, recruitment activities, and employee development programs.
- Manage office facilities, company assets, and daily operational needs.
- Handle industrial relations matters and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Implement and monitor K3/HSE standards within the workplace.
- Lead and develop the HRGA team in line with company targets and policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA, including team supervision responsibilities.
- Good understanding of Labor Law, General Affairs operations, and basic HSE practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
