  • Melakukan riset pasar dan analisis kompetitor untuk menemukan peluang bisnis baru.
  • Menyusun dan menyampaikan pitch deck atau proposal sesuai kebutuhan brand.
  • Menjelaskan value proposition dan solusi digital yang ditawarkan agensi.
  • Menjadwalkan dan mengatur meeting dengan klien secara online/offline.
  • Melakukan negosiasi penawaran dan kontrak kerja sama hingga tahap closing.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (kreatif, operasional, produksi) untuk eksekusi proyek.
  • Membuat laporan mingguan terkait progress prospek, meeting, dan hasil pitching.
  • Memantau KPI (lead, meeting, closing rate, revenue) dan memberikan insight untuk strategi bisnis.
  • Melakukan riset dan mengidentifikasi brand/klien potensial.
  • Menyusun proposal & pitch deck sesuai kebutuhan brand.
  • Melakukan pitching & negosiasi dengan calon klien.
  • Menjaga komunikasi & relasi dengan klien yang sudah berjalan.
  • Mencapai target bulanan/quarterly sesuai arahan perusahaan.
  • Membuat laporan progress leads, pipeline, dan hasil closing.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal (creative, marketing, ads) agar kebutuhan klien terpenuhi.
  • Memahami konsep digital marketing, branding, dan live streaming sales.
  • Memiliki kemampuan melakukan riset pasar dan analisa kompetitor.
  • Memiliki jaringan luas di dunia brand / korporasi menjadi nilai lebih
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan timeline ketat.
  • Familiar dengan CRM tools dan platform profesional seperti LinkedIn untuk lead generation.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan SMU/D3/S1 semua jurusan (lebih disukai
  • Marketing/Komunikasi/Manajemen).
  • Pengalaman di bidang sales/marketing/business development.
  • Mampu membangun relasi profesional dengan berbagai pihak.
  • Familiar dengan tools digital (Google Workspace, LinkedIn, CRM jadi nilai plus).
  • Passion di bidang digital marketing & business growth.
